Monitor and start following the writers you think are a fit for you and you’ll get a sense of not only what they cover, but who they are – and that’s important. Writers want to know that you actually follow them and enjoy their journalism. Tweet them a story that has a connection with your business. Including quotes from people in your company can be helpful for journalists (and on regional or trade publications are often used, word for word).
